HELP!!! Identifying this tractor

Hello, I cannot identify this tractor. Could someone please help me identify it? Thank you

After some research, I think that it is. It is from a family members estate and they are saying that it is a 32-50 Thresherman's special, but it looks like a 1937 28-44 based on the serial number I was able to locate earlier today.
 
I agree 28-44. If you found the plate on the right side of the engine block with the serial number on it, it should also have the model number on it.
 
You might find they are the same. Oliver likely initially designated them as 32-50 but later down-graded the number to comply with the Nebraska tests which rated the tractor on both maximum power and around 80% of that as a better comparison between tractors for continuous operation tests.

A bit like comparing older B&S engine ratings with those from Honda - Briggs stated the ?flash? horsepower while Honda ratings were for continuous operation all day long... More than a subtle difference.🙂
