Need to make stands to remove the tricycle front end 770

I need to remove the front end off an 770 due to extreme difficulty turning the tractor (even with the front end off the ground)

What is the best way to hold up the tractor during the removal and repair? I do not have stands but if someone could help with pictures of a good design I maybe able to get them built. Other suggestions are welcome too. First time doing something like this.

Best Regards
Dave

No sky hooks.

I can have my neighbor weld something up for me but I'd like to show him a picture to go by. I don't want to be near anything I'd design.

Stack of wood blocks is plenty sufficient, something like 8x8x16 lay down two side by side and then the next two but opposite direction till you get enough
height. If you want to go with stands have him make a pair of giant jack stands (like what they use for vehicles) but instead have the part that touches the
tractor be a flat plate that you can bolt to the front side cultivator pads.

I would just use blocking for that.

When I switched from a narrow front to a wide front on my RC 88, I used a double stack of concrete blocks on either side of the tractor with 6x6 beams
between the stacks under the frame ("tub"). Had the block stacks ready, used a hydraulic pump jack to bring up the front end enough to get wheels off
the ground and then slid the 6x6 beams underneath. Lowered tractor onto beams for putting on wide front. Reached in and worked from sides...never put
my body under the tractor.

Has this become a recent issue steering hard or a new project? does it have power steering? If regular style steering the worm shaft and
gear could be binding you do not need to lift front off ground to make these adjustments.
