Hydraulic Couplings

I bought a hydraulic coupling bracket with Pioneer 4250 couplings from a respected seller for a second remote set on a 1650. I got it mounted and when I start it up and idle oil runs out of the coupler at about a cup each minute when disconnected. When I have something connected it does not leak and works good. Are these couplers rebuildable? If so, how do I go about it?

I had to take 2 male tips, put a pipe plug in them and plug them in on my 1600 to get them to stop leaking. That was with brand new Pioneer couplers.

Pioneer 4000 series couplers use a ball to seal, switch to 8250 female couplers, they use a poppet style and will couple and uncouple under pressure. They also will fit in the same clamps as the 4000 series. I also prefer the 8010-(X)PMB (the "X" is the thread size) poppet male tips.
