3 speed leaking

Hello 3 speed leaking out the back on the chain coupler.
What am I looking o rings gasket I know I have to pull the engine?
Does the 3 speed have to be fully dismantled to fix it works fine just leaking.
Any help would be appreciated thanks.
 
Mine was leaking from the countershaft support shaft on the back of the unit. The o-ring was bad. I waited until I put a new clutch in and did it then since the engine had to come out to get at it. I put a new Agco seal kit in while I had it out.
