Twin Turbos

Ok so not quite twins but they both have turbos. It was a beautiful spring day out so these two came out to get all the road salt washed off from winter chores. They hadn't been ran in a month or so, so I let them run for a while to top off the batteries. I thought it made a nice pic. Almost makes a guy wonder what kind of conversation they are having sitting there like that. LOL Say what you will about the 310, I still love these 2 tractors to death and they haven't ever let me down yet.

Great picture! They are talking whos better at pulling chisel plow.! Soon enough you will be putting them to work for spring field work. What size rubber do you have on the rear of the 1950T?

that's interesting don't see too many 55 series with the set back axle, the 2 16's and our 1850 all have the set back just haven't seen many on the 55's.

I have see a few 1555's with a set back front axle. As for the bigger 55 series tractors, I have only ever seen 2. The one here in his picture and one for sale about a year ago that could have been a twin to the tractor in this picture. It was a 1955 fender tanks, dual hubs, set back axle and nice looking paint job. They are kinda neat looking with the set back axle.

The T has 18.4-38's. I have seen several 1650's, 55's and 1750's with that axle, one 1950-T, a few 1755's, a few 1855's and a couple 1955's. They must have been the fairly prevalent in Michigan and Wisconsin because that is where I have seen them the pop up the most.

Nice pic. I must be getting old if Pinky and brain are good cartoons. I had to look it up. I'm a Looney tunes kid.
