Thinking about putting a loader with a hay clamp on my 770 wide front.
Normally would only lift 5-1000 pounds payload. Will my frontend hold up or should I steer away? If it will I would need 3 remotes. Will the factory hydraulics work or would I need another pump? Thanks P

Here's a pic of the loader on my super 88. It has no power steering and my 770 does.

Front axle should be OK,but the factory hydraulics are lacking in oil capacity. If you have all two way cylinders it'll help, but I had a loader on a Super 77 one time. The loader had one way cylinders and it didn't work worth spit. By the time the loader got to the top,the reservoir was dry. You might want to consider an extra tank.

Yes. I figured I might need more capacity. It works good on my s88 but I don't think I have extended the cylinders all the way. Also I would need a third remote. Is there a way to plumb in a bank of remotes?

You could use a splitter valve that has 2 lines in from your tractor hydraulic and 4 lines out for 2 cylinders. Shift the lever on the splitter to the cylinder you want the tractor lever to operate. Not real
convenient but it gets you there. My dad always had an external reservoir plumbed into the hydraulic system of his Super 88. It probably held 2 or 3 gallons. Needed it to raise wagons all the way.

I thought about that. I'm not real happy with the hydraulics on the s88. They move pretty fast for a loader. I may just put it on my 88 standard. It has a hydraulic pump mounted on the front and I would just have to add a valve.

You can put power beyond on those I believe. Somebody else will have to tell you how to do it. I think it involves a couple of plugs down on the side at the base of the unit.
