Anyone know how many 1600 utility tractors were built?

Well that makes 4 anyway.Mine has 28" 8 lug rear wheels and its a gas little over 2200 original hrs.

I have 2 of them also. A gas that was the cover tractor for issue # 29 of the Oliver Heritage magazine and one that I took the gas engine out of and put a 1655 diesel engine in it. Both are good tractors.

I just purchased a Cockshutt 1600 utility last fall. According to Aumann auctions website, on the Jim Swanson's auction, it states 53 built. I'm sure the Olivers are quite a few more.

Funny, I think I was looking at that issue a few days ago. One of my favorites. If that is the same mag, I drool everytime I see the page that has the original ad photo with the guy plowing and the 1600U has spin out rims. Would love to have one like that.
