1365 fwd any good?

One just came up for sale near me. It's been sitting at least 5 years and looks pretty rough but price is good. Anything particular I should look for if I go look at it? Are they worth anything? Thank you Paul

It'd be one of the last tractors I'd give up. I looked long and hard for one, finally found this one. Couldn't love it any more if I'd have bought it brand new. The power steering actuator might need some fine tuning if there's a little wear in it,but if it does, holler. I can link you to a post with pictures and a full description on how to do it.

Thank you rrlund. I heard of one for sale in that area that has steering issues. Maybe that's why they parked it. There is someone in line in front of me but I should know tomorrow.

If you get it,let me know,I'll link to that post. Mitch Poindexter had his all apart and showed me pictures of where those adjusting screws are. Just a matter of backing off a lock nut and turning a screw. There are two of them. I posted pictures on mine too that show how to get to them in the real world

Thanks. I will. I imagine the first people will buy it but you never know. They're only asking $500. It's probably 120 miles from me. I will head out Thursday morning if the other person doesn't grab it up.

That's got to be one of the best buys on a tractor I've ever been around.I'd tell the seller I'm headed his way with a thousand cash and he can decide to take it or not once I get there.

That might buy it out from the other guy but really wouldn't want it done to me and doesn't sound like the would sell it out from under him anyway. Plus if it's been sitting out in weather for 5 or more years it might be stuck.

It's raining sideways today. Tomorrow I will drag my trailer out and get ready to roll. I really don't need it but I kinda like the looks of the fwd.

Paul, just go get it. I need a Christmas present. It will fit under the tree in the front yard. If not, I can always trim the tree up a little.

I'm working on it. Looking at a 77 in Albany too. My pockets are only so deep! Lol. Never thought I would have a fist but if I can get it that cheap I can't pass it up. I like the looks of the fwa's too.

If you get the 1365 I’d be happy to be help you all I can. Mine was in far worse shape than this one and I was ecstatic to find it, and like Randy says, that tractor will be one of the last ones that I’ll ever part with. Good luck, I hope you’re able to get it.
