Someone in the NW should pick this up

(quoted from post at 10:56:14 12/12/17) Looks pretty decent...

That one is about 40 miles from me. They have had it advertised all over the place. Looks like the price is getting closer to where it should be. Unfortunately I can't afford them all. If you all want to send some donations I will try;)

(quoted from post at 17:34:23 12/12/17) Olliejunkie, do you live in Washington or Oregon? Do you show at the Lynden show, or is that a bit too far?
I'm near Eugene Oregon. I have taken tractors to the Great Oregon Steam up the last few years. I don't have any show tractors yet. I keep buying more instead of fixing one.

I should try to get to that show. It's only about an hours drive from my house. I have been going to the Schurman show in Ridgefield Wa. the past few years. Just as a tourist though. No trailer to haul the 500 up there.

I don't have anything to compare it to but you could probably spend two days and not see everything. I don't know if I will take a tractor again. You get two free passes if you display a tractor but then I feel obligated to get there early and spend the whole day. They do have a parade and old time tractor pull at the end of day.

Went to inspect this one in northern arizona the other day. Pretty unusual to see any standards, let alone orchard versions, in this part of the country.
Tractor was rough, motor stuck, too much for me. And like Olliejunkie, I already have 2 standards awaiting rstoration, and missing the fenders.

Around here Oliver's don't bring much, especially the old ones that aren't very useful. My friend and I seem to be the only buyers around here. We got a bunch of tractors we will probably never see our money back if we were to sell.

Is that a 70 or a 60? Ad doesn't say and I can't really tell for sure from the picture, but from the air cleaner I have to think 70. As low as the seat is,it could be an orchard with the points cut off the fenders. Interesting piece of iron.

It's a 70. 60's do not have the hinged cover on the hood that covers gas cap. I don't think they had the big fenders either. Tires are much larger as well.

Sure would like a set of fenders, if any of you know where a pair are. Nobody's making repops and even beat up originals are just about impossible to locate.

I sure haven't seen any good ones. That orchard looks pretty straight in the pics. Might not be to bad of a price for a orchard either

He wants $2800 for it..... which is more than it is worth to me. If the price was closer to $1500 or so, I'd buy it and use the parts to build 1 good one. I have a semi-restored standard and a junker orchard model. Both are missing the fenders.
