I just purchased a 1967 (198xxx) 1850, according to what I can find out the engine serial number should be on the left (injector) side of the block, I can not find this number anywhere, the engine has been out of the tractor judging by the slight color difference, is it possible the number may be located elsewhere? Where exactly should it be on the left side?
