Hills auction followup

Hills auction is about 10 minutes from my house, so I thought I'd go for a bit. They normally don't have much for farm machinery, but had an estate consign some equipment, including 6 Olivers. I thought they would probably be on the cheaper side, and was thinking of buying one, but prices were pretty strong. These prices are close, but might not be exact. 70 and 660 really surprised me. 10% buyers premium on top of these.
70 with cultivators. New paint. $4000
66 wide front. New paint. $4000?
Super 88d. 4 new tires, ran ok, sheet metal fair. $2800
88. Fair. $2800
77. Good. $3000
660 good. $11,800.

Thanks for posting Josh. How many of us are feeling like we are sitting on a gold mine? lol I read your post to my wife but she had no response. I was able to get my auction find Row Crop 77 gas purring like a kitten. It had sat for at least 5 years in a shed and the auction company tried to start it by dragging it around. It had a stuck valve plugged up sediment bowl and no spark. Friday I ran up to the salvage yard and picked up a rocker arm and push rod. I changed the oil and filter and its clean.

Pete, I just got it a couple weeks ago at the auction on 39 about 4 miles away. Runs great just fired it up again today.
