I put a clutch in a 1365 Oliver and I can not stop hydraulic oil from leaking at the pump, Keeps blowing o ring on pressure line Any help ?

Where are you getting the O-rings? Usually Olivers use a thicker ring than those in a regular assortment. Not sure about the Fiat built Olivers though. I have some of those out in the shop from some extras that Rick sent me when I put a new pump on mine in June, but right off hand I couldn't tell you if they're thicker than the average ring or not.

Couple of things. When you split the tractor did you by chance put something in the pressure line to plug it from leaking? Second, I've had trouble getting the mating surfaces lined up perfectly after having everything apart. If your alignment is slightly off, the o-ring gets blown out the side. Check it with no o-ring in and make sure you have perfect mating of the 2 surfaces. Last, I've stripped the threads out of those aluminum pump housings and then haven't been able to get the flange tight. If you've stripped them, you need to pull the pump and drill and tap/heli coil the holes in the pump, otherwise you are wasting your time. The good news is, it sounds like you have a strong pump!
