Are 1465s hard to get parts for?

A neighbor used to have a 1465 diesel with a loader they bought new. They sold it years later to another neighbor. Was debating about looking at it but I had heard the 1465s are hard to get parts for. Is that true? Always liked the looks of them.

I've got a 1365 FWA. I haven't found them hard to get anything for. Rick's Ag Parts can get me anything I've ever needed aftermarket next day. I've needed a few other things such as bearings and seals for the front end,throw out bearing and such,that I got from Agco with just a phone call to the dealer. I needed a clutch and pressure plate. I took them to Clutch Dynamics in Lansing Mi to have them rebuilt. They said they were too far gone to rebuild,but they could have new ones next day,and did.

It was the replacement model for the 1450 ,they were very hard to find parts for.

Don't know. I just copied and pasted this off Import Tractor Parts website.

"These were an updated 1450, and the engines were much improved, and much more reliable. The horsepower was raised to 70 at the PTO. These are pretty fair tractors, and most parts are available, and reasonably priced."

I have a 1465 I use and really like it,but parts do seem scarce.I have 2 1450 parts tractors and some parts will fit some not,had a hub loose on the 1465 when I got it so I was going to swap it with one on a 1450 it would fit.The only starters I've seen for sale for the 1465 are $700.Did pick up a complete steering column off ebay cheap just in case I ever needed one for the 1465.
I use it to pull a chisel plow and a 10ft bush hog does real good with both.I like it but wouldn't want it as a tractor I had to depend on.Traded a UTB 800 for the 1465 you talk about
hard to find parts there are none in the USA for that UTB 800.Did find a company in Greece that has parts and imagine they'd have them for the 1465 too.

Might add I know where there is a 1465 for sale for $3500 in what appears to be good shape.Guy tried to sell it to me but I'm thinking $2500 is closer to what I'd want to pay.

White 1470 and the later 700 were the same tractor so there should be parts around since it was made for quite a few years. Had a 1370 White on the farm when I was a kid. Good tractor.

Are 1465s hard to get parts for?
