super 44 3 point hitch

Got the little super 44 out today. Raised the rear 3 point hitch arms. They went all of the way up.They have locked in the raised position. I put weight on the arms still won't go down.I have never had any problem before. The front hydraulics works fine. Anybody have any suggestions where to start looking . Thanks in advance.

O. K. Do you have an operators manual or an I & T shop manual for the tractor? How about any Oliver service bulletins for the unit? I think one of the Moline units works the same way. Mt e-mail is open. J.

There are two leavers on top of the unit, just under the seat. Make sure both are
pointed toward the front of the tractor.
