The first picture is a 1955 model Cockshutt 50 diesel that I hauled home earlier this week...It used to be shown at the Ft Scott,KS show but the owners passed away and it hasnt ran in quite a few years...The second picture is a 1949 Cockshutt 40 gas that I hauled home earlier this year...Its the 28th one built..The engine cylinders are full of anti-freeze and the rear tires and rims were shot..I could sure use some used Cockshutt 40 or 50 grill pieces and 12x38 rear rims..Cockshutts are kind of scarce in this area as there was only one dealer that I know of..It was at Kenoma,MO..

I am cleaning up around the place of a buddy that used be a big Cockshutt collector in MI here. He doesn't anymore, but is looking at moving so everything needs to go. We drug this E3 and 3 btm plow out of the weeds so it can be sold/moved/whatever, but it belongs to someone else, so it ain't staying there. The guy had it setting there for 15 years, I guess he said he'd sell it, but he didn't say for how much. I didn't know much about them, but the more I'm around them, the more I like em.

RBoots, I'm glad you posted those pictures. I found one of those cultivator shields amongst the stuff in the old coop (see my post on Ttalk) and didn't know what it was for. I have E3 cultivators as well.

If the plow is priced low enough I would make the long trip to get it. Any ideas on what he wants for it?
