Just spit balling again. I was loading up the tractors to come home from a show today and a woman and her son came up to me. We got talking and she said her dad had an 88 gas. Apparently there had been some kind of family squabble and somebody had taken a sledge hammer to it out of spite. She said the block had a hole knocked in it. She said her dad just wanted them to take it to the scrap yard. She said she didn't want to do it if somebody could fix it or use it for parts.
I've got an engine here out of a 1600 gas. It was in pieces when I got it,so I don't even know how complete it is. Are there any parts that are the same in those two engines so I could take two and make one if I come up short on what I have for my 1600 engine?
