Hi

I need a new set of of injectors for the 1850 I pull with.

I know there is a huge difference in performance of different injector nozzles.

Can anyone point me to an explanation of the difference in nozzles.

What are some that have been used in an 1850?

You could try replacing your injector tips with the five hole Mack tips, if I recall they will fit the injector bodies you have now. Depends how much fuel and turbo boost you have now whether you will see any change or not.

Hey Dieseltech

May I email you about injectors?

Right now I am running no turbo and injectors out of a 8600 white combine.

I would like to stay non turbo. Fits the rules at all the pulls I go to.

Sure, feel free to send an E-mail, should be open on Classic view. Doubt you need larger or more holes yet if running non turbo class. Most use four or five hole tips, hole sizes .010 to .025 or larger. If I recall White 8600 injection pump used 9MM plungers with four hole injector tips..
