I came home yesterday with an Oliver Industrial 66.... not running, but I suspect it will be an easy machine to fire up.
It has serial No. 462280C66E. I don't know what year it is but I'm thinking it is a 1964 based on the serial number. Am I close?
Interesting tractor, it has a side mounted sickle bar but I don't know if it is an Oliver Mower. Did Oliver ever make a hydraulic side mounted mower?
Does this tractor use common parts with the 66 standard or 66 fleetline? Most of the sheetmetal looks the same as does the drive line.

Thanks, John. That sounds more reasonable than what I was looking at. After my wife passed away I sold off all my tractors and Oliver info so I have no books to look up any info. (rats) I guess I need to invest in a few new ones!

I believe I saw a video of a side mount Oliver sickle bar. It was an old promotional video so I would say it could be factory. I would like to have one for ditch Banks and driveways..good find! Pics?
