I've acquired a 49 77. I was going to take the rear wheels off and let it sit, but if I can find a couple parts, I just might try to complete it and keep it around. I'm looking for a generator, tool box, and pulley for the tractor. It came to me with a fairly new looking one wire alternator that I would trade for a genny? Like everyone, not looking to spend a bunch. Thanks.

Since it's already 12 volt, most any 12 volt Delco generator will fit it. I have one off a 1600 on mine. It's not drilled and tapped for a saddle type regulator, but it needed to be rewired anyway,so I put the regulator up under the dash by the battery. I put one off a diesel on my 66. That one was drilled and I have the regulator where it belongs, which was good since I put a new wiring harness on it before I changed it to 12 volt.
