1650 steering

Thanks again to you, Mr. Lund. The 1650 is up and running again. I did end up pulling the front grille and radiator out just to make sure the steering cylinder and pinion were in time.
Started tearing it down Saturday about 11:00 and finished putting everything but the sheet metal and coolant in by 6:00 that evening. Took it out and raked a small hayfield about 10:00 Sunday morning and then baled it later that afternoon. So far so good (knock on wood)

FYI for you those bolts would stretch and work loose and cause that. Check it once in a while. Later models had a little different design.

The newer ones from A&I are better than the early ones too. The first one I ever bought was cast, the next one was made from what looked like a thick steel bar.
