1950T Injector Pump Issue PLEASE HELP!

Can't get tractor to start after
replacing rubber diesel fuel return
"T's" above injectors.
I have fuel at filters and also
coming into injection pump but nothing
going to injectors. I also removed
drain plug in bottom of pump and it
was blowing fuel out of plug.
Tractor always started within a
couple seconds. I have no idea at this
point. Thank You for your HELP!

Sounds like the metering valve is stuck in the off position. If engine has set awhile pump could also have internal plungers stuck too, been seeing that a lot more lately. Take the three screw top cover off, loosen the two screw timing cover to drain off some fuel so you can see. With throttle at idle see if the black linkage bar that moves the valve is stuck rearward, if so move it back and forth and free it up. It MUST move freely for the governor to work right..

My knowledge on these is minimal but I think I read somewhere, possibly this forum, that if the return line is plugged the transfer pump will not function (needs pressure differential). Guessing you replaced the return tees because they were leaking. Now that they don't leak maybe back pressure is building up in return line due to blockage.
