1855 3 point?

I bought an 1855 that has been sitting for several years in doors the hydraulics work but the 3 point does nothing where do i begin any help would be great the owner passed away so the history on it is pretty slim

Do the outlets for the remote cylinders work? Does it have a Cat 2 or a Cat 3 three point? Does the pump make a noise when you try to raise the 3 point? How much oil is in the unit?

It's category 2 oil is full and remote hydraulics work I've been told to check for stuck spool valve? Not sure how to do that
