It came out of white backhoe but I don't know if it was original as it looks to have wrecking yard numbers on valve cover and backhoe was yellow.
Maybe the valve cover was changed.
 
185320 is the Waukesha number, 160 918A is the Oliver casting number. 5244 is the date the block was poured. The block was poured in Charles City.

Before you do check to make sure none of the injectors are stuck and I would remove the pump drive shaft and install it and see if the pump is free or you may be out major cash!
