oliver super 66 diesel and 1800a Diesel

My grandpa has an oliver super 66 diesel and an oliver 1800a diesel that we still use on the family farm, and I was wondering if anyone knows how rare these tractor are, and how much there worth.

The Super 66 diesel is a kind of rare bird and probably worth $3000-3500 to the right buyer. The 1800A diesel, not all that common, but not all that valuable either. I wouldn't even want to throw a price at it,but I'd think 2 grand on most any auction would buy it though.

The 1800 was introduced in 1960 and was replaced by the B series 1800 in 1962. It was new when I started worked for the Oliver dealer in the late summer of 1960. Does the 1800 have any unusual options? The Super 66 was built from 1954 to a part of 1958. There were changes made in them for 1957

Both tractors would be desirable out here. I would say either one would be in the 3500 range. Maybe more for the super 66.

The hydra-power was not available at first although it could be installed later. No doubt it did not have a front wheel assist axle.

1957 may have been the first year diesel engine was offered in the Super 66 Oliver. Think the 66 would be rather rare and low in number remaining so it likely has high value if in running condition and been stored under roof.

You are a little early unless you have proof. I used to have a picture of a prototype 66 diesel with a PSA pump and a later prototype with a PSB pump
