Got it tore aPart...i cannot figure out what is wrong ..ive put it on every way possible ten time and still won't work ...when the lift arms do try to work it opposite the way they should...when the lever is down and it goes up and when the lever is up.it goes down ...but it only has about four inches of movement ...when I out it back together it just will 'll not work it wants to bind...any ideas??? .is this piece in the assembly supposed to pivot or not..it looks to be pressed in and I don't think it is but not sure ...if it is supposed to love it doesnt...need major help I'm ready to throw this thing very frustrated
