Posted a few weeks back and did the suggested...lift arms will not raise or lower..changed oil cleaned the screen took off the seat and have looked in everything I can see into ..the openings are all filling with oil when tractor is running and i have around 2100 psi at the remote..can it still be the pump..im lost where to look..check next any help would be appreciated
 
One of your relief valves is probably leaking. Take them out and check them to make sure they are operating. If you've already done that and it's still not working then you didn't get the little copper sealing washer back in place correctly. It will not work without the copper sealing washing installed correctly. There is one for the remote relief valve, and one for the 3 point relief valve. Remote builds pressure first, then it goes to the 3-pt. If you have proper pressure at the remote, which it sounds like you do, then 1 of 2 things has happened, 1) your 3pt relief valve is dumping fluid and won't build pressure, or 2) your lift linkage isn't turning the spool to transfer fluid to the lift. If you have remote pressure there is no need to spend any more time worrying about your pump, the problem is right under your seat, literally.
