I'm new to Olivers and this is for my neighbor who is farming with his dad's equipment since dad passed a couple of years ago. Where and how do I check the transmission/rear end oil level? I'd sure appreciate any help you guys can give, since I haven't done much with this tractor except drive it a little. He also has a 1750, does it check the same way?

there 1 or 2 plugs on the right side by PTO shaft on rear end , oil level should be close to running out top plug which is above the 540 shaft , rear end / trans. uses 85w 90 gear oil, filled threw a screw in plug on top of PTO housing , id think the 1750 has a check & fill plug somewhere on it too , but dont know if its in the same location
