hydraulic Leak 1755

I've developed a leak on my 1755 that appeared to be coming from behind the top link bracket - I pulled it off, and it looks like the gasket has worked it's way out. How much of a job is it to pull the top off to replace the gasket? Of course, it's got a cab on it..
Thanks
Pete

It's a fair amount of work, I pulled the one on my 1855 quite a few years ago. I already had the cab off, which defiantly made it a lot easier. If I remember correctly I pulled by hydraulic valves off for easier access to the bolts (lots of crud packed in there too). For the price of new O-rings it was well worth it.

It's not a terrible job, getting the cab off will be the worst part. I would guess a two day job with a cab. I've had a couple off lately and can tear it apart and back together in a day, but cab will def complicate it. Make sure you get the right gaskets for the correct size of bolts. Some had 3/8 and some 1/2, and you will need two of them.

When I did this the number one cause of that gasket failing is the 3 point does not have free travel at the end of the stoke and flexes the housing.
