Plow identification

Anyone know the model of this plow and if it can be made to a 3 or 4 bottom?

I would keep looking for the plow you want and then sell the 5 bottom,I would have to think
there is someone out there that is desperately looking for a 5 bottom trip plow.

I'm a long ways away. I'm in oregon plow is in Washington. He is asking $650.
Also has a disc and drill.
