Here's what you get with the Agco Hydraul Shift rebuild kit. Has every O-ring, piston rings, steel sealing ring, copper washers, seals, and snap rings that are in a Hydraul shift. The only way to go if you tear one apart.

That is a lot of o-rings...I have a 3-speed off of one tractor now. I should probably rebuild it before it goes back on...

Yes there are dozens of O-rings in that package but each does have a place and is required. I rebuilt the Over/Under on my 2-105 using a similar kit.

I found the hooked sealing rings the most difficult to replace without damaging them. What worked best for me was to use a hose clamp to squeeze the sealing rings into the groove and using a pick I was able to carefully slip the one end of the ring over the other end until it hooked together. They are quite brittle as I found when removing the old ones the hooks will break off easily.

The rest was a step by step re-assembly job. I primed the over under by turning the input shaft after filling it with oil.
