I can't help but wonder how the heat from
the muffler would affect the lp tank. I've
seen my share of cherry red mufflers if a
tractor is pulling hard.

There's a substantial shield between the muffler and tank.

According to tractor house it was rated at 90 horse. Google 1850 lp then hit images they even show one with front assist . Interesting to note the lp gas sticker in the same place as where the diesel sticker is but wouldn't it be obvious with the tank ?
