2150 hydraulics

Before I tore down my 2150 for restoration the 3 point didn't work right. Replaced all O-rings in hyd system and tore everything apart, checked all components and cleaned everything up. My worst nightmare was when I got it all restored and back together something wouldn't work. Here's a couple of pictures of how I ran the hyd. system without the motor. Everything works as it should. Was able to check for leaks, adj. the 3 point lift height, and run a remote cylinder and check both remotes. This really worked well.

Thanks for posting all your progress photos!

That is one of the best ideas I have seen on this forum.

I am printing these photos to insert in my manuals.

Your tractor is going to be one class act!

Are you bringing it to the national Oliver show this summer in Madison Indiana or Portland Indiana is featuring Oliver this year. How far do you live from Indiana?

I don't know outside of Ratoul, if I get it done. Still have the front axle, over/under and the engine to go thru plus remake the perforated sheet metal for all the side tin work. Now that everything worked out good on the hydraulics hope to get the fender fuel tanks, rims, and center castings primed, painted and installed in the next couple of weeks. You sure did a nice job on your 1855's.

If you have it done by mid september you should Bring it to our Show in Geneseo IL. They are featuring Oliver this year. I'm on the show committee so if you have any questions feel free to ask.
