77 hydra-lectric

First of all we need to confirm that they are indeed group one hydra-lectric units. So post some pictures of the units close up and the serial number of the units.

First of all have you done any trouble shooting of these units? Do you have any cylinders? If so are they electic of the finger type follow up? You have e-mail or a phone number? J.

I do not have cylinders and have not troubleshot any of them. My 77 standard runs but has no wires or switches. The 77 and 66 do not run yet. Would like to know if there is an inexpensive way to make them operate. All I need is for them to go up and down. My email should be open.

The first one I had,had the boxes on the steering column. There were little stub shafts that came out the side of the pump housing and there were levers that slid over them and clamped on. They were a bugger to keep tight.

I have seen them with levers and vise grips. It seems that I should be able to use a 3 position momentary switch to make it go up and down. I assumed someone had already tried this.

I took the connector off this one. It has 3 posts. Chances of the electric valves still working are slim I'm sure. I still did not get numbers.
