Anybody know if Hart Parr 28-44, Oliver 90, and Oliver 99 will interchange? Looks nearly the same. Thanks

They are the same except the late 99's with left foot clutch and sterring brakes , they had clam shell fenders .

28-44 has no place for a starter and had lower compression head than the 90-99. The 28-44 had only a 3 SPD transmission. other internal engine pieces varies on the year of the 28-44 vs the last year of the 28-44 in 37 and the start of the 90. The pto shaft in the 4spd vs the 3 SPD also are totally different. Mag and governer are also different up till the last 600 28-44's made in 1937. What in perticular are you trying to interchange?
