late model 1650 rubber

I have to believe they'd have found a way to put 20 inch truck tires on one if you wanted it that way.

In the early fall of 1966 at the introduction to the 1750 we got to go to Charles City to also tour the factory. They ad 2 groups of 770 tractors there for a special order. I think there were 12 in the order. Six of them had rear narrow 42 inch tires, like maybe 9.5 on the width, the other half had 18.4 X 34 tires. so I am sure it you wanted them and the item was already available some where they could have been ordered that way. I know where there is a 1655 with 16.9 X 38 tires. You do need a riser under the fenders.

   On a 1650 Build Card, column "G" Tires, Code 82 is 16.9 x 38 6 ply R1 tread.
Pressed Steel wheel in "H" column is code 82, it's part number 107 643A.

Larry, my 1650 LP has 38 in rubber on it that I'm pretty sure is factory. Doubt that the fella I bought it from would have ever spent a nickel changing anything. By the way, your 2150 looks like it's coming along nicely! Can't wait to see the finished product.
