question for 300jk

Mike this the best pic I have of it right now. My email isn't working either. It's apart now for paint. I didn't change anything except the brace on the cylinder end that was cobbled up . Hope it helps. If you need dimensions let me know.

Thanks, that looks older than mine and the auger drive is on the opposite side. It does give me some ideas, though. I'd like to add hydraulic swivel to the chute. I could reach the crank when it was on the Ford but on the 1550 I have to raise the blower.

It really is a simple set up. Most I have seen have a cable not a chain like mine. Probably something somebody did at one time or another. Like I said I would be more than happy to give you dimensions or any other info. I know this old blower is old. It still is the only one I can find with the auger drive on the opposite side. If you need anything let me know !

The manual I got from Buehler is for 85 and 96 inch models. Buehler took over Allied. I contacted them and sent pictures but they couldn't identify the exact model. They sent me the manual from 1989, the earliest they had, and it's kind of sketchy. That's why I thought a picture would help. I'll send it to you when you get your email working. Are you in western NY? You mentioned Lake Erie snow earlier.

Thanks I appreciate it. When my email is working I will let you know. Yeah I am in wny. I have been working north of buffalo for a while and live in s. Wales. We haven't had much where I am working but my drive home was a mess. Got part way home and it stopped. Nothing at the house. Really glad. Due for up to 14 inches at home overnight and tomorrow and the temp should be around 10 with 40 mph. Winds . Yay ! Right now have a soft rear tire on my truck I gotta fix. Always fun in the cold.

Don't I know it. I put the plow on the Ford Monday and got in my truck to leave and a brake line went. It's in the shop now for all new lines. I'm getting too old to do this sh.., stuff myself.

Are getting stock lines or the newer ones that aren't supposed to rust ? To keep this Oliver related we used a different type of line for fuel on our 88 puller.

New ones, copper-nickel. First I've heard of them. I don't know if it's worth the $750 for a '99 with 225K on it. Since I retired I only put about 3000 a year but I do haul some loads so it will be safe.
