Where is the friction disc for the throttle lever in a 2-105? Mine was slipping so bad today that by the seventh load of manure,I had to hold the lever with one hand.

That's different than the older Olivers. Takes a 9/16ths wrench and has a lock nut. Easier to get to though. I kinda overdid it without really trying. Got it kind of stiff, but it'll wear in.

That friction deal on my 1975 2-105 is temp sensitive , seems like I'm always adjusting it, a little bit of adjusting goes a long ways.

Ya,this one was OK until the bottom fell out of the thermometer. I thought maybe after it ran a while and got some heat built up it might help, but it didn't.
