1850/2-105 manifold

got a question for you guys. Going to be putting a 372 combine engine in a 2-105 and have read that the manifold from the tractor won't bolt up to the 372 engine but that a manifold off a 1850 will. Now would the 1850 manifold line up properly for the 2-105? Be great if it would fit thru the hood correctly.

Not sure if this is any help but I will attach a pic of the exhaust manifold on the 354T engine from my 2-105.

Since 354T is a turbo charged engine the opening for the turbo is located on the right hand end and there is an adaptor and exhaust muffler elbow which bolts to the 4 holes you see to the left of the turbo outlet. It is not really centered in the manifold but more to the right where it exits up through the hood. This engine is also the old .1 version if that makes a difference.

Apparently these manifolds are no longer available from Perkins so they told me If you have one which is useable don't throw it away. Someone will be happy to get it I am sure.

Good luck!

I did this on a 105 of my BIL took the turbo manifold from 105 and put on the 372.the problem is the intake manifold holes are the opposite I predrilled new holes in the intake and some modification with grinder made it work.

Also you have to change all the oil pump fitting and pan and filter pick up tube location out of the 105
