Cliff said the prices seemed high, but look at the maintenance that has been done, with the paperwork to prove it. We buy our Holstein calves at this dairy and Cliff has always admired all those White tractors.

A real nice fwd series 3 still commands a nice price. They can be hard to find. I am just curious why they repainted the engine and frame black on them? Series 3 should be all gray. The cab on the one is '83 or newer.
 
They do look pretty that way though. You can see by the over spray on the wheels that they've done some touchup.
 
I only have one with the black paint, other four are all gray. Ever notice the leaks don't show as much on the black?
 
LOL They all show up if they drip in the snow though.
I like the look of the black on my 105 better than I do the gray on the 135. Just more contrast or something.
 
Yeah. I like the looks of the black better too. That is what's nice about auctions this time of year. They can put a new dress on grandma, but the snow will still prove it is grandma! lol
 
They've done a lot of touch up. As with most dairy's, cows come 1st, machinery repairs...if you can get to it. They would run until down, then buy another to replace the one broke down. Cheaper to buy another tractor than repair. They have been updating to JD over the last few years.
