oil from exhaust manifold

i have a 310 Waukesha that is showing signs of oil coming from one of the cylinders at the exhaust manifold? is this a possible bad injector? motor runs fine. thanks in advance

Most likely you are seeing "wet stacking", a problem some diesels have when under very light load use. Diesels have much cooler exhaust temps under light load use than gas engines do. Put it under a heavy load it should clear up. Doesn't mean anything is wrong in most cases if the engine starts and runs well. May help if the thermostat is opening too soon, or stuck open to replace it so engine temp is where it should be.
