2-105 Turbocharger Oil Lines

I have a 2-85 that I'm putting a turbo and manifold from a 2-105 on. My 2-85 is a 1976, one of the last few built that year. I believe the turbo, manifold, and lines I have are from an early 2-105 in the serial number range of 255216 to 297446. The engine serial number in the 2-85 confirms that it is also a 1976 6.354.1

All I have at this point is the manifold, turbo, air tubes, and oil tubes.

If someone has a 2-105 in this serial number range, would you be willing to post or email me pictures of the routing for the oil pressure and drain lines to the turbo and where they go back to the engine? I'm trying to figure out what else I need to make this work.

email is open.

Thanks for the help!!!

I apologize. The setup I have from the 2-105, I believe is in the serial number range from 255216 to 268630, not 297446 as I stated in my original post.

Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks!!!

I have an early 2-105 in the 250000 serial number range with the oil outlet and inlet for the turbo charger. I have included a couple pictures showing the oil supply outlet and return line for the turbo oil supply.

The white arrow shows the oil return for the turbo charger.

Hope this is helpful for routing your oil supply lines.

It's very important to make sure the return line is free of any obstructions like sharp bends etc as the oil flows back to the engine by gravity. If oil cannot return freely it can pass by the seals in the turbo and your engine will start to use oil.
