720 baler value

Looking at a 720. Hard to tell in the pics but looks to need some tlc. It says it ran last time it was used. There are not many Oliver's out in this area. What do you guys think it is worth. High and low.

if it needs some tlc i wouldn't go over $1500 but $750 or less would be ideal

Thank you. I think I can get it bought for around 750. I need to have a close look.
