Working on this 4-150 and the poor wiring harness is all jacked up. Thats really the worst part of the tractor is the electrical system right now. Anyway trying to fix some broken wires I found and there is one that is labeled a resistance wire in the diagram, goes to the rectifier lug on the alternator. Problem is the wiring diagram doesnt call out the original color of the wire, and the biggest issue is that it doesnt say where the wire comes out in the dash on the other end. I tried to trace it but I cant contort myself up under that dash very well to see. Wire appears to have a black jacket and the wire is only a single strand, or at least thats what it is at the break.
