Cockshutt 1800 Gas

Were there many 1800 gas models made? Not common around here as all were diesels. I see there was a couple of different sized motors used.
 
Yes, they promoted the gas engine because they were good on fuel. There were 3 series. The A series came with a265 cubic inch engine. The B & C series had the 283 cubic inch engine.
 
"A" series: 4,535 Production years 1960, 61 & 62
"B" Series: 3,123 Production years 1962, & 63
"C" Series: 4,235 Production years 1963 & 64

"A" series have checkerboard decal on hood sides W/throttle on steering column.
"B" series have Clasp on hood sides with throttle on steering column.
"C" series have Clasp on hood sides with throttle on dash side, (tilt steering column   required the move of the throttle from steering column).
 
Yes. Several years ago a guy sent me a picture of his A series diesel. But there can not be many of them as in 62 models only.
 
Yes the A series Cockshutts were at the very end of A production but they have identical paint/ decals as B series.
