1755 Injectors

Getting ready to rebuild the motor in one of my 1755's. I've pulled the injectors out of two different motors with different numbers on them. Wondering if someone can tell me the difference between these injectors...19579 H4 and 20499 H14. Who sells good engine kits besides Agco?? Agco parts, looking at about $2000. I rebuilt my 1655 several years ago using a kit from NAPA and had good luck for about half the money....but our NAPA closed the doors. Thanks in advance

Those injectors have been changed several times. In fact they had been changed several times when I was doing this for employment 40 years ago. I would go with a Clevite kit. Post your e-mail and I will send you more information.

I used a Reliance kit in my 1750. Only put on about 200 hours since then but everything seemed top notch. I have used them on a couple 4020's also.

Yeah...from everyone that I've talked to, Reliance sells quality kits. Unless, someone gives me a good reason, not to, I'll probably be going with Reliance.

I believe Clevite (Federal Mogul) has discontinued a lot of the Oliver engine parts. According to their recent catalog, they have cylinder liners and bearings and that's about it. Reliance is about the best place to go to get parts now, but they are imported.

I prefer parts made in the USA...but it is getting to be almost impossible to shun parts made overseas....or Mexico..

Throw the sleeve O-rings from any reliance, advantage ect. kit for any make of tractor in the garbage and get them from the dealer. They have failed more than once as they are made out of poor material. As for injectors get them from a reputable pump shop.
