Looking at a 1964 gas 550. It has about 3200 hours on it,
original paint looks pretty good, has the hitch, tires are fair,
everything seems to work good. It hadn't been run in several
years and I noticed when it's idling that there is a slight
amount of blue smoke. Looks like the pan might've been off at
some point.

How difficult is it to find parts for these tractors? Not too
familiar with them. Is that a lot of hours for a tractor like this?
 
There are enough parts available for those to build one up from an oil stain on the ground. That's not many hours for one. The best utility tractor built at the time.
