Oliver 77 shaft wobble

When sitting from the tractor seat I can look down under the dash and see the shaft/coupling rotating and it has a wobble to it. What would you guess is wrong with it? engine alignment? Bent Shaft? or maybe transmission bearing? What would the best approach to be investigating this? There is no side pto or rear pto shaft at the moment. Can I pull the coupler and pull shaft to see if the shaft is bent, and at the same time check for play from transmission? if it is the bearing how involved is it to replace the bearing?

it is likely that the transmission input shaft and coupler are both worn and maybe even the clutch shaft.
