Farmhand loader on an Oliver

I bought a Farmhand high lift loader to save it from the scrapper. Nice loader, all self contained with a PTO pump. I've been thinking about taking the Dunham loader off the 1600 and putting the Farmhand on it.
Does anybody have one of those loaders on an Oliver? You have to take the fenders off don't you? How do you get on and off? Over the back?
That thing looks like it'd raise high enough to rake geese out of the sky. How high will one of those things reach anyway?

Model f-11? These are great loaders. I have mine on a IH 560. It lifts at least 16 ft. The pto pump is faster than tractor pump would be. U are right, getting on and off of a "modern" tractor is the hard part. I first noticed one of these about 20 years ago. It was on a JD 4020. It was being used at a sale. I watched a. Man about 50 years of age (I thought that was old back then) climb up the backside of the 4020 and wondered why they did not get a frame mounted loader, then I watched the loader work. That was when I understood that it was worth the extra effort to get on the tractor.

In addition to the 5 ft bucket I have the manure fork with bale grapple. The bale grapple is slick.

Ya,I believe it's an F-11. I'm guessing it would be easier if a guy was to take the three point arms off and make a step of some kind. I have to go get it tomorrow. I'll look it over and decide if I want to put it on or not. I don't think I'd get rich trying to resell it. There's one on CL for $590 that's been on there for a month.

I currently have 3 F11 loaders on 77s, had one on an 1800 a few years back, it was a dry land tractor so no 3 point and was pretty easy to climb up the back, had to have some spacers in front of the axel so that it would clear the hood of the 1800, it might clear on a 1600, if you were to put a 1 1/2 to 2 foot spacer to move the loader forward you might be able to get on from the side. you can leave the fenders on if you put some spacers to move them out an inch or 2, I think I used some large nuts for spacers. the 1800 was a bit too much power for the loader and it cracked in several places but it was used hard. 1600 should be ok.

Come to think of it,didn't they use a lot of those on the 1555 Loader Specials? They left the fenders on those didn't they?
