1650 loader hydraulic problem again

New hydraulic pump.Loader plugged into tractor remotes. 2000 psi on gauge.Bucket will curl up and down fine. Boom will go up but won't come down. Swapped hoses on that remote and boom works up and down ok except lever works backwards.Someone said I had a bad coupler so I put 2 new male and female on that side and goes up but won't go down. When you push the lever to lower the boom it sounds like the bypass valve is open. I put all new orings on interlock valves under the top cover.
Can someone tell me what to do next?

Before I tore the tractor apart,I'd get a couple of swivels and pipe couplers and hook the hoses together with no couplers at all and see what happens.

Have you ever monkeyed with the interlock bleed screw under the seat? Mine was out of adjustment on my 1850 one time and had a heck of a time getting the markers down on the planter.

I saved this link because I thought it explained hooking up a remote well. When I look at my 1850 there are so many ports, picking the right ones would be difficult and you may have that problem going on. I know nothing about that screw you mentioned, but wouldn't touch it without marking it so I could return it to it's original position.

Check those bleed screws. They must be screwed in tight. If that doesn't changed it take it out and see if there is something keeping the tip from seating or the tip is damaged.

Thanks Mike, that will be my next attempt.
As for power beyond, my neighbor already has $800 in new pump, parts and labor. And don't think he wants to put another $400 in a valve and hoses since it worked fine on the other 1650 with bad motor.

I have one of the remote valves not working like it should on my 1550 diesel that has a loader,I'd been thinking of going with a 4 remote valve plugged into the power beyond to give me the two for the loader and 2 more remotes. This thread has made me make up my mind to do it that way.

Yeah, power-beyond on the 50 series is super easy. I've got a 1650 (for sale, actually) with the loader on the power-beyond and it's great! You have so much more control. I'll give Oliver credit that they were just trying to make their hydraulics safe, but the cost didn't justify the results. I know the valves and hoses are not cheap, but it's well worth it in the end.

When you want to lower the loader the plunger may not be knocking the ball off the seat because the tip on that end is damaged. Did you check that?
