2-105 starting problem

I have a 1976 2-105 White tractor. If it is shut down while at operating temperature, it will not restart until it cools down. Starts fine when cold;
and will start when hot if I give it a short shot of ether, but, I don' like to do that.

Injection pump needs overhauled, mine was the same way years ago, rebuilt pump, and new injector tips, runs great now, 20 years later.

If you don't want to re do the pump, you can get a high speed starter. That will work.

Might help for awhile, but the injection pump wear will only get worse. And when it does it won't even start cold then..
